Apple has released the iOS 11.4.1 update to all iPhone and iPad users. Update generally focuses on error fixes and improvements.
Apple, one of the world’s largest technology brands, officially released iOS 11.4.1, updating its mobile operating system. After updating the iOS operating system with several bug fixes and improvements, Apple will be able to focus more on iOS 12, the new version of the mobile operating system.
The release notes that improve the security of iPhone and iPad with error corrections are as follows:
- Fixed issue where the last known location of AirPods could not be displayed on Find My iPhone, which some users are experiencing.
- The security of e-mail, contacts and notes synchronization has been enhanced with stock market accounts.
Release notes do not give any information about whether the battery problem that revolted iOS 11.4 users has been resolved. However, after updating all users’ devices, it is understood that the problem persists. In addition to iOS, Apple has also released updates to its TVOS, watchOS and HomePod operating systems.
