Audi Introduces First Electric SUV Model to Discuss Tesla

Audi introduced the first full-electric SUV model 2020 E-Tron SUV, prepared to be the new master of asphalt with three engines in 429 horsepower, capable of 400KM with a single charge.

The German automotive giant Audi presented the 2020 E-Tron SUV, the company’s first fully electric SUV model, in Copenhagen. The 2020 E-Tron SUV, a three-engine, four-wheel-drive car, will be a direct rival to Tesla, the first company to come to mind when it comes to electric cars,

The 2020 E-Tron SUV is a great tool from top to bottom, but the most striking feature is that we have virtual side mirrors instead of the physical side mirrors that we are used to. As you know, today’s vehicles are equipped with two mirrors outside the vehicle for parking, traffic and sharp turns.

For many years these mirrors have been very useful for the drivers, but they have increased the width of the final vehicle as they are projecting on both sides of the vehicle. Audi has developed virtual side mirrors as a solution to this situation. The cameras on the sides of the vehicle function as mirrors by providing snapshots to the screens located next to both the front passenger and the driver.

The screens to function as mirrors will be more than adequate with 7-inch dimensions. Also, the use of OLED panels instead of LCDs will prevent sunlight from reflecting off the screen on sunny days. The images provided by the cameras can be reprogrammed manually, according to the driver.

According to Audi’s statement, the 2020 E-Tron SUV will have a maximum range of 400 kilometers with a single charge. Also, according to the company’s explanation, the car will be charged for 30 minutes in a 150 kW charging station and can travel up to 320 km. But consumers are a bit worried about Nissan’s recent cheating on fuel consumption data.

With a dashboard directly opposite the driver’s seat, it creates a virtual cockpit feel and reflects the driver’s critical vehicle-related information. The center console has two different screens. The display on the bottom shows the in-car controls such as air conditioning, while the display on the top shows the infotainment system such as navigation, music and phone applications.

The 6-speaker, 705-watt Bang & Olufsen premium sound system in the car provides you with a sound experience that’s close to perfection on your journey with the 2020 E-Tron SUV. In addition, the car’s superior sound insulation prevents any external sound from distorting the music experience.

The 2020 E-Tron SUV expected to hit the market next year is expected to have a price tag of $ 89,000.
