Chris Pratt married 29-year-old Katherine Schwarzenegger with friends and family, including her parents Maria Shriver and former Arnold Schwarzenegger. The wedding takes place at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montessito, California, near Santa Barbara, E! News has been learned.
Celebrity guests included guardian James Gunn, director of the Galaxy, and family friend of Shriver-Schwarzenegger (as well as the garden of the groom and leisure star) Rob Lowe. The bride wore a pink dress with clover and tulle. The ceremony and reception took place in separate tents on the farm.
Rob spends the morning before the wedding playing with the groom and his friends. Arnold and his sons, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Christopher Schwarzenegger, were seen heading for wedding photoshoots with dark suits and golf carts.
The actor met Katherine, the writer, after being introduced by his mother. Chris announced in January that he and Catherine were involved.
Over the years of their relationship, they divided their time between Los Angeles, where he grew up, and where the actress worked and cared for his home and farm in Washington.
They debuted as a couple in April at the premiere of Avengers: Endgame.
In the same month, Katherine was celebrating Chris’s upcoming wedding in a beautiful bridal shower at her mother’s home in Los Angeles. Oprah Winfrey is among 100 guests.
It was the first marriage with Katherine and the second with Chris. He and his ex-wife Anna Faris, who shared Jack’s six years, gave up 2017 after marrying eight years.
Congratulations to the newlyweds for their special day.
