First Death from Electronic Cigarette

A person in the United States ‘electronic cigarette smoking due to a respiratory disease’ died. The patient was said to be the first person to die on this grounds.
Although electronic cigarettes are prohibited in our country, they are quite popular worldwide. These devices, which are frequently compared with normal cigarettes, are claimed to be the source of a mysterious disease in the United States.

For the first time in the country, a citizen has lost his life because of this mysterious illness. Dr. Jennifer Hayden, Dr. Illionis epidemic, said in a statement that the patient was being treated for an unidentified disease after the use of electronic cigarettes.

US officials believe there is a link between the use of electronic cigarettes and a mysterious lung disorder. CDC stated that there were 193 cases observed in 22 states, and in most cases THC, the active ingredient of cannabis, was also smoked in electronic cigarettes. Cases were reported between 28 June and 20 August.

CDC executives Robert Redfield, said in a statement “Electronic cigarette smokers seen in the epidemic of lung disease, we were sad to hear that a person died,” he said, this death also strengthens the estimates for health risks associated with electronic cigarettes, he said.

According to the information obtained by doctors so far about the mysterious disease, the discomfort has nothing to do with any microbes or bacteria. All patients agree that they somehow take THC, but the disease is not contagious.

Gregory Conley, President of the American Electronic Cigarette Association, said the disease was not related to nicotine, but to marijuana and other drugs. Mitch Zeller of the FDA, the US Food and Drug Administration, said they were in charge of the investigation and were trying to get the facts.

The debate about the electronic cigarette seems to continue for a longer time. In fact, it never seems to start, and if we started, it seems like quitting completely.
